Camp Cardinal’s first-ever photo contest wants your pictures for a chance to win cash prizes up to $1,000.
This scenic, activity-filled 38-acre sprawling campground located on the Severn River invites campers and RVers to submit photos of their journey to Camp Cardinal and their experiences while here. Let creativity be your guide in looking for nature shots or any of the camp’s activities that range from fishing, boating to kids crafts and cornhole. Tell the story of Camp Cardinal through photographs.
Submit your photos now through Nov. 5, 2023. All Camp Cardinal photos must be submitted online and on either your Instagram or Facebook accounts using the hashtag #campcardinalrv and tagging Camp Cardinal @campcardinalrv (Instagram) and/or @CampCardinalRV (Facebook). Judging will be conducted by a panel of five, including professional photographers and Gloucester community members.
The winning photographs will be announced on or about Dec. 1, 2023, through Instagram and Facebook and on the Camp Cardinal website at campcardinalrvresort.com. Three overall winners will receive cash prizes. First place is $1,000, second place is $750 and third is $500. An honorable mention winner will receive a full week stay in 2024 with the recipient choosing the week.
Camp Cardinal is located at 3149 Campground Road in Hayes, just a few minutes off Route 17.
