Winemaker Weekend: Gauthier Vineyard

We’re thrilled to welcome Gauthier Vineyard for Virginia Wine Camp’s Winemaker Weekend.
What’s a Winemaker Weekend, you ask?
Winemaker on site. At Camp Cardinal. Just for you. Need we say more?
You can look forward to intimate guided tasting hosted by Winemaker Matthew Meyer of Gauthier Vineyard. Your ticket includes exclusive access to a guided tasting experience at Camp Cardinal with Matthew. Sip, sample and chat one-on-one with Matthew about his winemaking craft.
Five wines (Albariño, Viognier, Riesling, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot) and a souvenir Camp Cardinal wine glass will be included in the tasting.
Two seatings are available for reservation – 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Bottles will be available for purchase in the Camp Cardinal Virginia Wine Camp Shop—perfect to enjoy by the campfire or to take home.
Tide & Table food truck will be on site this evening for food purchases (before or after your seating)-which we welcome you to taste, order and eat on site with a bottle of wine! Wine by the glass will also be for sale.
All food orders, wine by the glass or bottles purchased in the Camp Shop are paid for separately.
